Lilac Bubble Dichroic Glass Necklace

Translucent lilac glass droplets over a semi transparent white rainbow dichroic base, so pastel colours flicker through from underneath rather than sitting on top.

Each droplet is shaped individually by hand before being arranged onto the dichroic, then the pendant is kiln fired so the layers fuse permanently together. Because the dichroic underneath is semi transparent rather than solid, the shimmer is soft and diffused instead of sharp.

Dichroic glass shifts colour depending on the angle you view it from, so pale pinks, greens and blues appear and fade beneath the lilac as you move. It's the most delicate of my dichroic pieces, and difficult to capture in photographs. The necklace you'll receive is the exact one photographed.

Finished with a silver plated bail on a silver chain, and arrives in a gift box ready to give.
