Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Curious Glass. Each of our items is handmade with care, and we take pride in ensuring that your order reaches you safely and in perfect condition. This policy explains how and when your items will be shipped.


1. Processing Times

As all of our products are handmade to order, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch.
If your item is in stock and ready to ship, it will usually be sent within 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times (within the UK):

  • Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 business days

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or courier): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or external factors beyond our control.


3. International Shipping

Curious Glass currently ships internationally to selected countries, including:
🇪🇺 Europe – France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, and others
Worldwide – United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at jenn@curiousglass.co.uk and we’ll confirm if delivery is possible.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or a reliable courier service.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country.


4. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Where possible, we use eco-friendly or recycled packaging materials.


5. Order Tracking

Most orders are shipped using tracked services. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.
If you select an untracked option at checkout, please note that we will be unable to provide detailed delivery updates once the parcel has left our studio.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please:

  • Check the tracking link in your dispatch email (if applicable).

  • Verify that your delivery address was entered correctly at checkout.

If the issue persists, contact us at jenn@curiousglass.co.uk with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your handmade items. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work with Royal Mail or the courier to investigate. Once confirmed lost, we will replace the item where possible or offer a full refund.


8. Local Collection (if available)

If you’re local to Carmarthenshire, you may select Local Collection at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready to pick up from Ammanford.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
