Frequently Asked Questions
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. I aim to send your order as safely and as quickly as possible. Courier deliveries can arrive any time until 9pm on some occasions. Sadly, I am not able to ship to Russia.
What is your delivery time?
I aim to send all orders out within 5-7 working days from the date that you place your order. Unless you chose the Special Delivery option.
How is my item posted?
I try to pack all my items with the brutal postal service in mind. Each item is carefully wrapped in a presentation box that will minimise any damage that your items may experience on their way to you. Where possible I use recyclable packaging to protect the presentation box, however, if the item arrives with any damage, please keep hold of the packaging and contact me so that I can organise a replacement/exchange/refund.
Do you sell overseas?
I am able to ship to any country in the world – apart from Russia.
I may use a variety of the couriers for shipping overseas including Royal Mail depending on the destination and cost. If you would like a specific quote, please let me know and I will do my best to help.
Products
Do you have a physical shop?
I don't have a physical shop but if you follow me on my social media accounts, I regularly update them with my current craft fairs that I'm attending, this will enable you to meet me and see my work in person.
Are these all of the products you offer?
I am pleased to say that you can view all of my products on this website. I regularly create new pieces and these will be added to the website on a regular basis. I work really hard to create products that are unique. If you can’t see what you want on my website, please let me know and I can work with you to try and bring your idea to life!
How should I care for my jewellery?
Care
Store and transport your jewellery in it’s box. Keep water, perfume, other sprays and lotions away from your jewellery, as moisture can discolour metal parts.
Returns and Refunds
What if I am not happy with the item I have received?
I always aim to exceed my customers expectations with the handmade jewellery that I create. All the products that I sell have been carefully made by myself and thus are all checked for quality. If however, for some reason you are unhappy with your item, please see my returns policy.
Please note that all products are unique handmade products therefore size and shape may differ slightly from the photograph on the website. Due to the manufacturing process, the colours of glass may vary from sheet to sheet. Therefore, expect differences in colours and hues of the jewellery. Glass is very difficult to photograph because of its reflective nature, I have tried my best to photograph them well. However, bare in mind variation in colour caused by the device you’re using.

You can return a product to me for a refund in the form of a credit note/gift voucher within 30 days. You cannot return a personal commissioned piece. Please see below for what to do if you receive a faulty product.
You as the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the product to me. You must take care of the products. When returning an item you must ensure it’s suitably packed so there is no damage in transit.
Please note, our policy is offered in addition to your legal rights outlined below:
Your legal rights:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged in some way, please let me know straight away. Any problems you have MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your items.
